Return & Refund Policy (3-Day Assurance)

Your satisfaction is our goal! We want you to love your unique finds from Relaxly.in. If you need to make a return, we make the process simple and transparent.


1. Our 3-Day Return Policy

We offer a 3-Day Quality Assurance return window on most products. This means you have 3 calendar days from the date your order is delivered (as confirmed by our shipping partner) to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria:

Time Limit: Return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, instruction manuals, accessories, and promotional items intact.

Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return package.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these three simple steps to start your return:

Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team immediately at contact@relaxly.in with the subject line: "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".

Provide Details: In the email, clearly state your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., "Defective," "Wrong Size," "Not as expected").


3. Return Shipping & Pickup

Free Pickup: We will arrange a free pickup of the item from the original delivery address within return time limit only.

Packaging Responsibility: Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Items damaged during the return transit due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.


4. Refunds & Processing

Refunds are processed only after the returned item reaches our warehouse and successfully passes a quality check.

Payment Method Refund Status Processing Time (After QC)
Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) Full Refund. Refund initiated to your original payment source within 3-5 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders Full Refund. Refund processed via NEFT/UPI transfer to your bank account within 5-7 business days of receiving your bank details.

Note: The time for the credit to reflect in your bank account or statement is dependent on your bank. We will notify you once the refund is initiated.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are received damaged or defective (and reported within 3 days):

One time use products, Personal care items, cosmetics, and perfumes.


6. Received a Damaged/Defective Item?

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please:

Do Not Use It.

Take Pictures/Video of the product and the original packaging.

Email us immediately at contact@relaxly.in within the 3-day window. We prioritise these issues for immediate replacement or full refund.
