📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times can vary depending on the product and your location.

We typically dispatch your order within the time frame listed on the product page (excluding weekends and holidays).

Generally, you can expect your order to be shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Need it in a hurry? We've got you covered!

Oops! Did you forget a special occasion? No worries! Contact us at contact@relaxly.in with your order number, and we'll do our best to expedite your shipment where possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We're currently focusing on providing the best possible service within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


↩️ Returns & Exchanges (Our Clear 3-Day Policy)

Change of heart? No problem!

We want you to absolutely love your Relaxly purchases. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 3-day return policy.

You must contact us to initiate a return within 3 calendar days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date).

To start the process, simply email us at contact@relaxly.in with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Our friendly customer service team will guide you through the process, which includes arranging a return pick-up for eligible items.

Important: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact to be eligible for a return.

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? We're on it!

We sincerely apologise if your item arrived damaged or defective.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there is any damage or defect, you must notify us within the 3-day return window.

Email us immediately at contact@relaxly.in and include clear pictures and a short video of the damaged/defective product and the packaging. This allows us to resolve the issue quickly, often resulting in a prompt replacement or refund.

Transparent pricing - no surprises!

We believe in clear communication and fair pricing. The prices you see on our website are the final cost, including GST. You will never encounter hidden fees.

We offer free shipping on all orders, even when selecting the Cash on Delivery (COD) option!

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD is a simple payment method available in most locations across India.

You can choose COD during checkout, and you simply pay the exact cash amount to the delivery personnel when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Made a mistake? Let's fix it!

To ensure the quickest possible delivery, we begin processing orders almost immediately. Therefore, once your order is confirmed, we cannot make changes to the product, size, or shipping address.

Please double-check your cart and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Need to cancel your order?

We understand that plans can change! We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of your purchase time, as we aim for prompt dispatch.

If you need to cancel within this short time frame, please contact us immediately at contact@relaxly.in with the subject line: "URGENT CANCELLATION: [Your Order Number]".
